Defence 701Our company's deep understanding of the defence business and our independence has led to a wide involvement in project management, execution of prime contracts and business support activity.  As well as delivering a portfolio of risk, safety and program management services, we are able to offer support in specific development and management of environmental programs, change management, project management at a prime level on complex engineering projects, through-life support, from concept to disposal and beyond.

The company is able to support this expertise in all these areas, with Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) experience in project development, implementation and management, from our own centre of excellence.  The core competencies lie in naval architecture, marine engineering, combat systems engineering, information systems, risk, safety and environmental engineering, logistics engineering, project management, maintenance strategy, optimization and management, asset management, and business support.  The company has or is currently involved in providing services to many national defence agencies including the USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Sweden, Australia.

Major contractor customers have included Department of National Defence Canada, DRDC, BAE SYSTEMS, Northrop Grumann, Lockheed Martin, Rolls Royce, Vosper Thornycroft, Devonport Management Ltd (DML), Alstom, CSC, Navsea, Nassco, Avondale, EADS, Boeing and many others.
